Personalized Photo Customized Christmas Tree Necklace

Our products from the production to your hands, this process generally about 10 to 15 days.
First of all, we need to deliver your photos to the designer for design. The design usually takes about 1 to 2 days. After the design is completed, the product is produced. The production cycle is usually completed within 1 day. Some complex products will be confirmed with you after the production is completed, and will be mailed to you by express mail after the confirmation is completed.

When your order on our website is completed and the payment is completed, you only need to send the customized photos to our mailbox(soulartzone@outlook.com) and bring your order number. After we receive your mail, we will verify the order and photos, and then make the products.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
